All-rounders are one of the most versatile battle types in Pokemon Unite, hence the name, All-rounders! These Pokemon have an outstanding balance of offense and endurance, making them ideal for attacking and defending.
As they can do both, they are pretty reliable fighters.
All-rounder is one of the five main battle types in Pokemon Unite; the other four are speedsters, attackers, defenders, and supporters. All the battle-types have unique abilities and stats that suit their style of battle and all-rounders are one of the most versatile battle-types.
Currently, there is no role of type weaknesses and advantages in Pokemon Unite.
There are no plans to add this feature to Unite anytime soon. So it is safe to say that the Pokemon you choose shouldn’t be based on their types but their stats and overall reliability.
And when the word reliable comes to mind, the word all-rounder as well. All-rounders are the ablest Pokemon in the game. They can be used as an attacker and a defender or even a supporter when the need arises. This versatility has made them the go-to choice for players.
But there are four different all-rounders in the game as of now, and many more will be added in the future. So which Pokemon is the best all-rounder in the game? That is a question with many possible answers, but we can rank each all-rounder based on its stats and usability.
Pokemon Unite Best All-Rounders Ranked
4. Charizard (B-Tier)
- Offense: 3.5
- Endurance: 3
- Mobility: 2.5
- Scoring: 3
- Support: 0.5.
As you can see, Charizard has pretty balanced out stats which means he can be used anywhere on the map.
As Charizard has a three-stage evolution, it will take a lot of time to reach its final evolution. Charizard is hard to evolve in Pokemon Unite, especially for newer players who don’t have much experience handling it.
Charizard has access to some crazy powerful moves and can do a lot of damage when built correctly and used with a team of decent attackers.
But as we know, it is hard to get Charizard to evolve, so you might not reach the level necessary to evolve into Charizard, i.e., you might not get to play with it.
Charizard is a Pokemon well suited in an experienced player’s hand, and even it might not be the best pick for an all-rounder. For that reason alone, it is at the bottom of the list. But if you manage to master the Pokemon, Charizard can be a great addition to the team!
3. Garchomp (A-Tier)
- Offense: 3.5
- Endurance: 3.5
- Mobility: 2.5
- Scoring: 2.5
- Support: 0.5.
Like Charizard, Garchomp is also a Pokemon that takes a lot of time to evolve. To add to the misery, it is a three-stage evolution.
But it isn’t as bad as Charizard, because every stage of evolution has access to great moves that can do decent damage and also bear a lot of damage from the opponent.
Garchomp, when fully evolved, has the potential to take on entire teams; it has incredible offensive powers and endurance, which means you can stall your enemies for a long time. Though the mobility isn’t that great, Garchomp compensates for its higher endurance and brute strength.
Garchomp’s ability to hit and also take in the damage is just phenomenal. And with moves like bulldoze and earthquake, Garchomp is a living walking tank that won’t let any enemies through him.
2. Lucario (S-Tier)
- Offense: 3
- Endurance: 2.5
- Mobility: 3.5
- Scoring: 3
- Support: 0.5.
Though Lucario doesn’t have that much firepower compared to both Garchomp and Charizard, Lucario’s exceptional speed and abilities and moves that go along with it are just devastating, to say the least.
With such high mobility and scoring stats, Lucario is a force to be reckoned with and a great team player.
Lucario has access to moves like the extreme speed that deal a lot of damage to the opponent. And moves like bone rush makes it easier for Lucario to perform even more moves. With such extraordinary abilities, Lucario deserved to be in the S Tier.
When playing as a Lucario, you’ll have to capitalize on its high mobility stat, score goals, and retreat when things start to get nasty, and you can’t keep up. Simply put, do the job and run away is the best tactic to use when playing as a Lucario!
1. Machamp (S-Tier)
- Offense: 4
- Endurance: 2.5
- Mobility: 2.5
- Scoring: 2.5
- Support: 1.
Calling Machamp a great All-rounder, will be an understatement to its phenomenal abilities and strengths. Machamp, by far, has one of the deadliest stats out of any All-rounder in the game and also any other Pokemon of any other battle-type in Pokemon Unite.
With offense powers being on par or higher than most attackers, Machamp can very well be used as an attacker himself. The power this Pokemon possess is just ridiculous, and the moves keep getting more robust with upgrades, making Machamp even deadlier with every upgrade.
The best way to use Machamp is by using him as an attacking tank who will deal a lot of damage to the enemies and take in damage if needed. You can’t score much with Machamp, but that’s okay. Machamp is more suited for wiping out teams and being the tank of your team.
Conclusion
Pokemon Unite is a game in which every Pokemon was given stats equally, so it doesn’t make sense to rank these Pokemon based on their stats as well. Because each Pokemon has its weak and strong points that either cab your advantage or disadvantage.
The list ranked pokemon based on their reliability in battle their PROS, the Pokemon with more Cons than their Pros were ranked at the bottom.
But in theory, booth Charizard and Machamp can take on each other in a battle; it all depends upon the player and their style.
