The Best Elden Ring Faith Weapons, Ranked (2024)

The Best Elden Ring Faith Weapons, Ranked

Elden Ring is a true successor to the Dark Souls series and like its predecessors, it includes just as much variety as you’d expect from a FromSoft game.

One of the most important stats in Elden Ring is Dexterity, as it allows players to use Incantations, which are the new way of referring to spells and sorcery. Unlike stats like Dexterity, Strength, and Endurance which provide brute buffs, Faith is meant for mages and even pyromancers.

With so many possibilities on the table, it can take a lot of time to figure out the best Elden Ring Faith weapons. After all, certain weapons are built specifically with the Faith attribute in mind and greatly enhance your experience when used.

Worry not; your time will be saved. We’ve experimented with a lot of Faith weapons in Elden Ring and have created a ranking of the best weapons that you can use in your build!

Let’s start with the faith weapons best suitable for your Elden Ring playstyle.

Best Elden Ring Faith Weapons Ranking

As always, it’s good to remember that this ranking of the best Faith weapons in Elden Ring is based on our personal experiences. And player feedback is always important to keep in account, which helps us shape the ranking.

So, if a particular weapon that isn’t on this list works out for you better than what our selection includes, then you should prioritize your personal preference.

1. Coded Sword

Coded Sword

The Coded Sword is an amazing weapon that comes with Holy Damage which is very effective and unique against enemies. And on top of that, it has a unique weapon skill called ‘Unblockable Blade’ which can cause an insane amount of damage to your enemies while ignoring their shields, thus the ‘unblockable’ part of the name.

You cannot infuse this sword with Ashes of War, but you can enhance it by using the Sacred Scorpion Charm and by increasing your Faith stats.

2. Prince of Death’s Staff (Glintstone Staff)

Prince of Death’s Staff (Glintstone Staff)

The Prince of Death’s Staff is a Glintstone Staff that scales well with both Faith and Intelligence (and is one of the few weapons in the game to do so). If you’re trying to be a sorcerer with a Faith build, this is a great weapon for casting death sorceries.

Although it does not have a default weapon skill, it can be infused with Ashes of War and you can upgrade it by using Smithing Stones too. This staff outperforms most other staffs in the game and you can increase its power a lot by significantly increasing your Faith and Intelligence stats.

It’s not as strong as the tank-ish weapons on this list, but if your purpose for using a Faith build is to cast sorceries and Incantations – then using a staff like a mage would do your experience true justice.

3. The Black Knife

The Black Knife

The Black Knife is a dagger that allows players to experience a different approach to gameplay, as it requires close-ranged attacks and is lacking in the range department.

The Blade of Death weapon skill launches a projectile that reduces your enemy’s Maximum HP and even further reduces their Current HP as you keep attacking them.

Not only that, but its projectiles use Holy Damage which is exactly what you need from a good Faith weapon. And its range is higher than the Reduvia too. It cannot be infused with Ashes of War, so make sure to increase your Faith stats as much as possible.

4. Sword of Night and Flame

Sword of Night and Flame

The list will be incomplete without the iconic Sword of Night and Flame. Even though the weapon has been nerfed in some updates to the game, it’s still one of the best swords that you can wield in the game that scales with Faith.

Its base damage is pretty heavy and it comes with elemental attacks that use fire damage and Night Comet sorcery, which not only looks cool but can be great in dealing with medium-tier mobs too.

All in all, this is still a solid choice for most players and it makes for many interesting combos as you switch back and forth between the two types of magic it can unleash.

5. Blasphemous Blade

Blasphemous Blade

The Blasphemous Blade is one of the most iconic weapons that scales incredibly well with Faith weapons.

As long as you have the minimum requirements for using this sword, you’ll become a powerhouse against most foes. First of all, the weapon skill launches a powerful attack full of fire that engulfs the sword in fire and steals HP from the enemies that it touches.

Then we have the fact that it heals 4% of max HP + 40 flat HP on every enemy death when it’s held. It’s a great weapon for Faith builds and can be utilized amazingly in combat against powerful foes.

6. Erdtree Greatbow

Erdtree Greatbow

If you’re not in the mood for using swords, then you can use the Erdtree Greatbow to mix things up and attack enemies from long range. It scales primarily with Faith and its weapon skill Through and Through unleashes a Mighty Greatarrow that penetrates through enemies.

Alongside Physical damage, it deals Holy Damage as well, which makes up for the fact that you cannot infuse it with Ashes of War.

The only thing that you need to make sure of here is that when you’re facing off the stronger bosses in Elden Ring, you should try to scale your Faith stat to its maximum amount.

And of course, it will take a lot of effort to beat them!

That’s all for our ranking of the best Elden Ring Faith weapons! We hope that you found the weapon that is best suited to your needs and is already destroying enemies with it.

Remember, this ranking is our opinion and we’re willing to hear your feedback even if you disagree with an entry! Preference and experiences matter and yours count just as much as ours too.
